AN OLD Town man has appeared in court charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Lawrence Frost, 37, of Goddard Avenue, was released on conditional bail by Swindon magistrates on Monday. He will next appear before the courts in October.
His charge followed a police raid on a home in Offerton Road, East Wichel. Police were called at around 5.25pm on Saturday, July 21, to reports of a fight.
