THOSE interested in volunteering for next year's Old Town Festival can discover what is involved.
The committee responsible for putting on the week-long programme of events and parades will be holding its annual general meeting in September.
Organisers describe it as an opportunity to get involved in the running of next year's festival.
They added: "All members of the public and supporters of the festival are invited to attend. The committee will be seeking to elect new officers and to welcome an increased number of volunteers."
The AGM will be at Christ Church community centre in Old Town on Wednesday, September 5, from 7.30pm.
