AND pigs might fly! The seminal rock band Pink Floyd made the impossible happen during their concerts and now Crazy Diamond aim to do the same - but with their own twist.

The Floyd tribute band from Reading will be making their Swindon debut at a free gig in The Groves Inn, Fleet Street, on August 25, from 9.30pm, as part of their In The Flesh tour.

The eight-strong band prides itself on attention to detail in performing the iconic numbers, creating a faithful homage that will not disappoint hard-core Floyd fans, but they will also unleash their own spirit, their own take on the music.

With a full light show and two and a half hour set they recreate the Floyd experience including the Roger Waters solo number Amused to Death.

The show is based on the albums The Dark Side Of The Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals and The Wall. For more details www.facebook.com/CrazyDiamondUK or www.crazy-diamond.co.uk
