CREATIVE youngsters let their imaginations run wild, and then got to make it happen at workshops put on in Swindon.
Create Studios in Theatre Square have put on animation workshops for children with special educational needs - and after the youngsters' films were finished their parents and friends got to see them.
Jacob Johnson, 12, took part in the workshops. He said: "I really enjoyed it, I like being creative and I really liked being able to have any idea at all and then be able to animate it. We used computers to animate a film of a man at a piano, then made plasticine figures of food which came alive and was chased by a baby."
Jacob's mum Emma Williams said: "The films were very impressive. The computer animation had a man dancing with a funky chicken. Jacob has thoroughly enjoyed the workshops, and he stood up in front of us all to explain their work- it's done his confidence a power of good.
Create Studios was able to put on the workshops with a grant of £2000 from Tesco's Bags of Initiative project.
