A WOMAN has been warned she faces a jail term after admitting to supplying heroin.
Annette Haynes, 40, also admitted possessing the class A drug with intent to supply when she appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Haynes, of Dawlish Road, Park North, pleaded guilty to possessing heroin with intent to supply on Thursday June 12.
She also admitted supplying the drug between January 1 this year and June 13.
Rob Ross, defending, asked for the case to be adjourned so the probation service can compile a pre-sentence report.
Judge William Hart said: “I am going to adjourn your case to October 31 for sentence and I am going to order a pre-sentence report.
“I will grant you bail with one condition that you co-operate with the person given the job to compile the report.
“The overwhelming likelihood is that you will receive a prison sentence on the next occasion and I am sure Mr Ross has made that absolutely clear to you.
“I ask for the report on all options but on the basis a custodial sentence is almost inevitable.”
