A man is to face trial by jury after denying assaulting a woman last summer.
When Beri Fanso appeared before a judge at Swindon Crown Court he denied a charge of actual bodily harm.
Fanso, 22, of Standaway Close, Park South, is said to have assaulted Lisa Tait on Wednesday, July 1, last year.
Judge Douglas Field remanded him in custody to Tuesday, March 16, when he is to face trial by jury over the allegation.
