Gail shows how to make friends and boost profits


A Highworth businesswoman is set to give readers the benefit of her networking expertise.

Gail Gibson’s book, entitled Making Connections – How to network effectively to build better business relationships, will be officially launched at Highworth library on Thursday.

The 40-year-old, from Westrop, said: “The reason I have written the book is I have used networking as a major tool to help me grow my business.

“Anyone is welcome to come along to the launch whether they’re in business or keen to find out about networking.”

Gail has owned a small business in Highworth, True Expressions, which helps people to communicate their message whether its written or presented.

This has been running four and a half years and before that she worked for a national school photography company.

She has lived in different areas of the UK since she came over from Australia 15 years ago.

The book took two months to write over the summer.

Gail said: “I was a bit nervous when it first arrived and it had my name on it.

“It has been an exciting journey.”

The launch runs from 1pm till 2pm
