MUMS, dads and little ones are invited to a bumper Swindon Baby Fair at the Steam Museum on May 13 and 14.
The event, organised by Wiltshire Wildlife and the Real Nappy Campaign, will showcase what Swindon has to offer young families and will offer new parents and parents-to-be a range of expert advice.
There will be a team of professionals on hand to offer guidance on breastfeeding, baby signing, baby massage and real nappies, as well as trade stands from local firms selling or making reusable and sustainable products.
The show will focus on all stages of a child’s development and allow parents to make an informed choice about what is right for them, their child, their lifestyle and the environment.
During the two-day event, the trust aims to present talks by key speakers and hands-on workshops for parents and children.
The trust will also be running an on-site café and hopes to have a crèche in place which will allow parents to get everything they need from the event knowing that their child is being well looked after.
The event runs from 10am to 3pm and the first 250 visitors will get free entry to the Steam exhibition and free car parking.
