Anne Snelgrove loses seat to Tories

THE wind of change blew into Swindon last night as the town changed from red to blue.

South Swindon Conservative candidate Rob Buckland won his seat, meaning Labour's Anne Snelgrove lost out, and at the time of going to press the results of Swindon North were still to be announced, but it looked as though Tory Justin Tomlinson would take the seat from Labour.

The results came as wins were coming in thick and fast for the Conservatives. Exit polls had suggested they would be the biggest party in the Commons, but would not have enough of a majority to form a government.

Never have i been so happy! She did seem to only care about subjects she thought she could win or could make her look good. Im not a tory, but it is a very welcome change.

Finally, Swindon shows the odious Snelgrove the door. That's what happens when politicians forget who they're supposed to represent.
.
