THE funeral of 21-year-old Royal Marine Anthony Hotine, from Warminster, will be held tomorrow at Christ Church in the town.
Marine Hotine, of 40 Commando, was killed while on foot patrol in Afghanistan on June 2. His coffin passed through Wootton Bassett last week after arriving at RAF Lyneham.
Family and friends were among those who lined the streets of the market town to pay their respects. They will say their final goodbyes tomorrow morning at 11am, alongside representatives from the Royal Marines.
The service for the former Kingdown School pupil will be led by Rev Peter Hunter, who said: “There will be a service at the church in the morning and then the funeral will proceed to the Pine Lawns crematorium.”
Marine Hotine leaves his parents Neil and Nicola and his younger brothers Callum, 12, and Kieren, 17, of Swift Mead, Warminster.
