Regent Street evacuated due to gas leak

SHOPS in Regent Street have been evacuated this morning following a gas leak.
The leak was reported outside Burger King at approximately 8.50am.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service, who currently have one fire appliance in attendance, said a total of 15 shops have been evacuated and they are currently waiting for the gas engineers to arrive.
