Link Centre closes again after second power failure

The Link Centre has been closed again after a second power cut.
Staff at the centre are turning people away after the power cut, which happened shortly after 12.30pm this afternoon.
The centre was shut on Tuesday and some of Wednesday after a power cut on Monday evening.
