THE fifth man arrested in the Roger Millar murder case has been bailed by police.
The man, aged 27, was arrested by police on June 10 has been bailed to return on a date in late July as enquiries continue.
Earlier today Shelton Thulani Sibandi, 19, was due to appear at Bristol Crown Court charged with murdering Mr Millar.
He had not arrived in time so the hearing was held in his absence.
Sibanda was remanded to appear again at Bristol Crown Court next Wednesday for a further preliminary hearing.
Mr Millar died in hospital after being stabbed in Barnum Court, Rodbourne, at around 1.30am last Wednesday.
Officers on Operation Mineral, the investigation into the murder have made a total of five arrests.
All were arrested on suspicion of murder.
Two 18-year-olds were arrested on June 6 and have been bailed to return on a date in late July pending further enquiries.
Another, aged 17, was arrested on June 7. He has now been bailed to return to Swindon police station on a date in late July. Enquiries continue.
