Woman hit by car in County Road

A FEMALE pedestrian has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in County Road.
The accident happened at approximately 2.20pm near the junction with Colbourne Street. The car was a blue Peugeot 307.
She was taken to Great Western Hospital but her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Police are still on the scene.
