Work begins on main road in Swindon

Work began yesterday on replacing an old metal gas main in County Road.
The roadworks did not bring the expected delays with work starting on the pavement at the junction of Gambia Street.
Work to the road is set to start this week with temporary traffic lights being put in place. A spokesperson for Morrison Utility Services who is doing the work, said: “No diversion will be required.”
