On Wednesday at the National Trust’s estate in Coleshill, near Highworth, visitors will have a chance to see and hear the creatures during the next in its series of Bat Walks.

The walk will be guided by an expert who knows exactly where the bats of Coleshill can best be seen on the wing, and will run from 8pm to 9.30pm. Parking is in the estate yard and visitors should bring stout footwear and torches.

The cost is £4 for adults and £2 for children, and the walk is suitable for children aged seven and over. Booking is essential on 01793 762209.
