A MAN who carried out two assaults and breached a non molestation order has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Lee Knapman admitted two counts of actual bodily harm as well as breaching the civil injunction when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
The 40-year-old went to Walter Close, in The Prinnels, where he pestered a woman, which he had been banned from doing. The non-molestation order was taken out at Swindon County Court in September last year under the Family Law Act.
Knapman, of Swindon Road, Stratton, pleaded guilty to actual bodily harm on two men.
All three offences took place on Friday, June 15.
Mike Pulsford, defending, said his client was taking medication at the time of the offending and he needed time to find out the details of it.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday, September 21, to allow time for that and for the probation service to compile a pre-sentence report and remanded him in custody until then.
