Teenager remanded in custody on beer raid charge

A teenager accused of taking part in a robbery where a can of beer and a pair of spectacles were taken has been remanded in custody. Arran Zawierski is accused of being involved, along with a youth, whose case has yet to come to court, on Friday, July 13. No charges was formally put to the 19-year-old, of Denholme Road, Park South, and he did not enter a plea during the hearing. The case was adjourned until November 2 and he was remanded in custody.
