Double the fun as Geordie stars sweep into Swindon

TWO reality television stars are swapping the shores of Newcastle for Swindon tomorrow night as they head to two rival town centre nightspots.

Heart-throbs of the MTV show Geordie Shore, Gary 'Gaz' Beadle and Jay Gardner will be making an appearance at Bushwackers and Tiger Bills on the same night.

The two clubs are going head-to-head in a bid to attract the Thursday night revellers with a bit of rivalry.

Jay, who says his biggest fear is getting wrinkles, will be following in the footsteps of rival reality TV stars Joey Essex and James ‘Arg’ Argent, from The Only Way Is Essex, who have also visited Bushwackers, in the town centre, in the last year and attracted full houses.

Meanwhile, Gaz could be breaking a few hearts on the night as he holds a meet and greet with fans and poses for photographs at Tiger Bills, in Old Town.

Sara Quinn, from Bushwackers, said the club was excited about the night.

She said: “We are expecting it to be rammed. We often have TV stars here, so for both clubs to have a star is a bit of fun and it is healthy competition.

“From watching the show we are expecting it to be a big party.”
