MUSIC lovers were expected to be ‘coming around again’ for another night of celebrity guests.

Blue singer Simon Webbe was booked in to DJ at Tiger Bills in Old Town last night.

But when the Adver went to print, it was rumoured that he was bringing his bandmates Antony Costa and Duncan James with him.

The pop star was following in the footsteps of Geordie Shore star, Gary ‘Gaz’ Beadle, who appeared at the club on Thursday night and other stars from TV..

Dan Field, the general manager of Tiger Bills, said: “He mentioned bringing Antony and there was talk of Duncan too which would be great. “They are just coming down for some support. It’s not exactly performance based.

“Having celebrity guests gives us something different. “It puts an edge into your night and gives you a reason to go out.”

Singer and DJ Simon rose to fame in 2001 when Blue released their number four hit All Rise.

Follow up singles Too Close, If You Come Back and Fly By proved popular in the charts too.

Simon had solo success with Coming Around Again, Lay Your Hands and No Worries from his album, Sanctuary.

And the band also performed for the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest last year with I Can. They came 11th with 100 points.

The star tweeted on Thursday about his forthcoming appearance in Swindon, and told everyone he hoped to see them there.

Dan said they had been pleased with the response from clubbers on Thursday night and he had high hopes for last night.

“Thursday night was a sell- out, it was up there with one of the biggest nights we have had. It was the biggest Thursday we have had, there were about 800 people there. “It was a good night,” he said.

“Gaz did a meet and greet and photos. He was a really nice guy.”

Made In Chelsea Star Jamie Laing, who appeared at Bushwackers on the same night, came to meet clubbers at Tiger Bills too.

Francis Boulle also made an appearance at Bush-wackers on Thursday night.

Jamie and Francis appeared at the club after Geordie Shore star Jay Gardner pulled out due to personal commitments.
