Costi death crash driver charged

Costi Voulgaris, who died in the collison in Marlborough Road
Police have today charged an 18-year-old man after a fatal car crash on Marlborough Road in June.
Luke John Cowley, from Swindon, has been charged with causing the death of Constantine Voulgaris, 19, by driving dangerously.
Constantine, known to his family and friends as Costi, was a passenger in the vehicle and died on 14 June after a collision on Marlborough Road, Swindon.
Cowley is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on 10 October 2012.
