Police appeal for information after car fire

POLICE in Swindon are appealing for information after a blue BMW car was damaged by fire on Wednesday.
PC Nisar Sultan said: “I am appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area of Butterworth Street, Kingshill, between 1.30pm and 2pm to get in touch.
“I must stress that incidents like this are rare.”
Witnesses or anyone with information is asked to call 101 and ask for PC Sultan at Gablecross Police Station or Crimestoppers, where information can be left anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
