Businesses in North Wiltshire can receive free expert advice and guidance on managing their business through the economic downturn at a breakfast event later this month.

The Credit Crunch Clinic is taking place at Marsh Farm Hotel, Coped Hall, Wootton Bassett on Tuesday January 27 from 7.30am.

The event is funded by North Wiltshire District Council and is being organised by Wessex Association of Chambers of Commerce and Wootton Bassett Chamber of Commerce. Support and guidance will be provided from speakers on: The Local Economy (Jim Plunkett-Cole, Economist and Economic Development Researcher for GWE Business West); Managing Staff, Finances and your Bank (Monahans business accountants); Motivating Staff and Training Opportunities (Labyrinth Training & WACC) and Support Services (Business Link).

Information display stands will also be available and there will be plenty of networking opportunities.

Breakfast is provided and the event will last for a maximum of two hours.

Said Wootton Bassett Chamber of Commerce president Jonathan Loader, "Now more than ever, it's vital to be proactive. This is an excellent opportunity to gain vital information to help manage your business more effectively through the economic downturn."

Businesses based in North Wiltshire interested in coming along to this free event should call Angie on 01793 323103 or email secretary@woottonbassett.biz.
