Quicklearn courses in Bristol

There has been a shift in emphasis with training and learning issues.

Quicklearn has brought in Matrix42’s ‘ train the trainer’ Bronze ELF – Excellent Learning Facilitator workshop.

It has proved so successful that they are now running it as an open programme for all those wanting to improve, enhance or perhaps just refresh their delivery skills.

Rachael Bailey, herself a Quicklearn trainer, said: “The levels of information retention in all the learners attending my courses have increased dramatically since introducing lots of brain friendly techniques to my workshops.

"I have seen first-hand that by engaging all the senses and ensuring all learning styles are met, learners leave my courses confident and eager to put into practice everything they have learned”.

The next course is running in Bristol on November 1-4 and is aimed at anyone new to training, as well as those who have been training for many years wanting to enhance their delivery and undergo CPD.

If you’re a subject matter expert who’s thinking of going into training or someone who wants to polish up their skills, the ELF programme will give you all the skills you need. It is also an accredited programme, offering a recognised qualification.
