A MITSUBISHI dealership wins five stars for customer satisfaction with its services.

Cirencester Mitsubishi, in Gloucester Road, was assessed as part of the ongoing programme of customer feedback monitoring carried out by Mitsubishi Motors in the UK and awarded the maximum five stars in the latest survey, published in November 2015, covering the four months from June to September 2015.

In fact, the Mitsubishi network as a whole performed excellently, with a total of 17 dealers attaining five-star status and 92 per cent of all the dealers achieving four stars or above. The survey also found that 87 per cent of customers would recommend their dealership to friends and family.

Mitsubishi Motors in the UK is enjoying a remarkable spell of success and continuing to build on strong sales growth. According to figures published in November 2015 by automotive industry body the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders, sales of Mitsubishi passenger cars through October saw a year-on-year growth of 51.9 per cent, compared with 6.4 per cent across all marques. In the commercial pick-up vehicle sector Mitsubishi was ahead by 30 per cent, compared with a market increase of 22.8 per cent.
