The Swindon Chamber of Commerce is planning life after the shock general election.
The chamber was given a post election report from Bob Devine, the well known investment banking consultant, who is attached to the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce group, of which Swindon is a part.
A lunch for senior members of the chamber, local business dignitaries and banking officials was held at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel, when the host was Adam Flint, the general manager of the hotel.
Guests included: Amelia Bishop, of Weenie Business Solutions; Leigh Robinson of the Swindon Chamber of Commerce; Adam Flint of the Double Tree Hilton; Sara Parris of the Chamber; Les Durrant of DPDS Consulting; Bob Devine; Kevin Gwilliam, president elect of the Swindon Chamber and the Brunel Centre; Sara Tye, Redhead PR; Graham Taylor, New College; Julia Husband of Barclays Bank and Iain Black of Monahans.
