Police are appealing for information over an assault at Tedworth Hunt at about 4pm on Saturday, January 24, in Everleigh.

The victim, a 39-year-old man, was lucky not to be seriously injured as he was kicked several times to the head causing a loss of consciousness and suffered a facial injury.

Another man was assaulted with a flail like bar on the end of a rope. He too was not seriously hurt.

Police have issued an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident.

A spokesman said: "A thorough investigation is ongoing and officers are keen to hear from anyone who has information regarding this incident.
