We've just received a video of little Jack Pike, who suffers with cerebral palsy, riding his first ever bike only four weeks after undergoing life changing surgery to help him walk unaided. Amazing!

Teenage dog-napper Justin Brookes has been given a chance to prove himself after a judge heard he is turning his life around after becoming a father.

Brookes, 18,  of Sheppard Street, pleaded guilty to theft and burglary when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
