Swindon's darts players have been in action in the latest UK Open qualifying event in Wigan today, with Chris Aubrey the best performer as he reached round four to claim £500 in prize money. That amount is likely to be enough for him to make the finals. Click here for the full story.

More on the discovery of a body in a property on Swindon Road.
Following reports of a man being discovered at a property on Swindon Road, police currently believe him to be Peter Begley, of Old Town. More to follow.

Teenage dog-napper Justin Brookes has been given a chance to prove himself after a judge heard he is turning his life around after becoming a father.
Brookes, 18, of Sheppard Street, pleaded guilty to theft and burglary when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
