Leicestershire Police have confirmed that Tracy Maria Walters, 48, of Swindon, died in hospital yesterday from injuries sustained in a car crash on the M1. More details here.

Swindon Advertiser: Nile Ranger received a 12-month conditional discharge and was told to pay each officer 750 pounds

Swindon striker Nile Ranger has been bailed after he was arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage to a car in Liverpool yesterday.


Significant glare from the sun along Thamesdown Drive is proving problematic for drivers this morning. One accident reported at 7am involving three vehicles by the Redhouse junction. Reports of one head injury - the ambulance service is in attendance.

Wiltshire Police are urging drivers to be cautious along this route.
