A North Swindon man has denied using threatening, abusive and racist language towards a teacher in front of pupils earlier this year at a school.
Jasvinder Singh, 44, of Thresher Drive, pleaded not guilty at Swindon Magistrates’ Court and said he had been provoked with racial abuse by pupils. The case will now go to trial at Chippenham Magistrates Court on August 5. More to follow.
