Reporter Beren Cross, live at the High Court, says Jed McCrory IS in attendance at the Rolls Building hearing in London. McCrory had World Cup tickets, but said this was more important.
McCrory has said he wants both Lee Power and Sangita Shah there too to thrash things out.

For those travelling around Wiltshire, the A350 is partially blocked near to the West Wiltshire Crematorium due to an accident involving two cars and a motorbike.
Wootton Bassett Road is currently blocked due to a broken down lorry between Tewkesbury Way and the Great Western Way. A lorry that is too tall to go under the railway bridge is stopped and trying to reverse. Avoid the area.
