A man is to face trial by judge and jury accused of taking part in a public order offence on Christmas Eve.
Sean Berry, 20, pleaded not guilty to a charge of affray when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Tuesday, June 30, and released Berry, of Axbridge Close, Park North, on bail until then.
