SUNSHINE and showers are again on the agenda for Swindon and Wiltshire, with temperatures set to drop as night draws in.
A wintery feel is creeping across the county today, according to Met Office forecasters, with temperatures set to drop to around 8C overnight tonight.
Meanwhile, the day will see some sunny spells, mixed with the possibility of scattered showers.
"A chilly but bright start to the day," the forecaster said.
"Scattered showers will develop, turning heavy and thundery in places, especially this afternoon. Cooler than yesterday, but feeling pleasant in any sunshine."
Temperatures would reach around 18C before dropping overnight.
"Showers will clear away, to leave a largely dry night," he said.
"Clear spells are likely to develop allowing temperatures to fall, especially in rural sites. Feeling chilly."
Tomorrow would be cloudier than today, with more scattered showers amid some sunny spells, the forecaster warned.
