A MAN accused of indecently assaulting a woman is to face trial by jury.
Kardw Rustam is charged with sexual assault between Friday, November 7 and Monday, November 10 last year.
The 36-year-old, of Reading Street, in Swindon’s Railway Village, pleaded not guilty to the allegation when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Monday, September 28 when Rustam is due to face trial on the charge.
He was released on bail on condition he does not go the Sir Daniel Arms pub in Fleet Street.
