SWINDON: To celebrate World Book Night the Great Western Hospital will launch a new fiction collection for staff at its library.

From 9am until 5pm on Wednesday 23, staff will get a chance to browse the novels on offer, have a read and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and slice of cake.

Any donations collected will go to GWH’s breast cancer treatment appeal. The hospital will also give away 85 books supplied by the Reading Agency as part of World Book Night. Employees will also be able to take out a ‘mystery read’ from the library by picking up one of the specially wrapped up books on the day.
