SWINDON: A man who is accused of burgling a house last month has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Daniel Melhado is said to have stolen a laptop and clothing from the property at the bottom of Victoria Road on Wednesday, June 25.
No charge was formally put to the 30-year-old and he did not enter a plea during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court. Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to October 10 and remanded Melhado, of Tudor Walk, Walcot, in custody until then.
