Selling wares at yard sale
OLD TOWN: Residents can head along to an Old Town Yard Sale on August 31 when houses in several streets will be offering wares from their houses between noon and 4pm.
Roads include Lansdown Road, Hythe Road, Maidstone Road, Folkstone Road, Ashford Road, Kent Road, Pembroke Street, Brunswick Street, Savernake Street and Stafford Street.
Meanwhile at Savernake Street Social Hall there will be stalls, afternoon teas, and a pamper zone. It costs £2 to register your house in the yard sale. For more informatiom email swindonoldtownyardsale @gmail.com.
