The life of Gordon Crabbe, an organist of Christ Church for 40 years, will be celebrated at a special concert on Saturday
OLD TOWN: The life of Gordon Crabbe, an organist of Christ Church for 40 years, will be celebrated at a special concert on Saturday, November 15, at 7pm.
Christ Church Choir and Immanuel URC choir will be singing some of Gordon’s favourite sacred music and Swindon Gilbert & Sullivan Society will be singing some choruses from their repertoire.
There will be an organ solo by Gordon’s son Ian, from Marlborough College. Entrance is free with a collection in aid of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
