NORTH SWINDON: A 17-year-old boy who sprayed tags at parks in Abbey Meads and St Andrew’s Ridge was with Swindon Council’s Street Smart team yesterday as part of his local resolution.
He used their specialist equipment to clean up graffiti. The boy made a full confession to what he had done and has apologised to the team who have to clean up the mess on a daily basis.
