FAMILIES looking to get festive in the days up to Christmas could head along to a song service at the bandstand in the Old Town Gardens next week.
On December 21 from 2pm the Swindon Concert Band will lead the free Christmas Song Service.
The Princess and The Spider will be singing, dancing, meeting and greeting children and their grown ups, and visitors can enjoy sausage rolls, mulled wine and mince pies from the Old Town Gardens Café .
Father Christmas will also be putting in an appearance.
There will be a collection for the Great Western Hospital’s Children’s Ward.
