GREAT Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is inviting people to find out about their latest developments and improvements in patient care at their upcoming Annual Members’ Meeting taking place in September.

The meeting will be held in the Academy at the GWH from 5.45pm on Wednesday, September 11.

Alongside running the GWH, the Trust is responsible for a whole range of community healthcare and maternity services across Wiltshire and parts of Bath and North East Somerset, as well as maternity services at the Royal United Hospital in Bath.

The Annual Members’ Meeting is a chance for members of the public to hear first hand about some of the Trust’s highlights and achievements in the last 12 months as well as the challenges they have faced.

Attendees will also be among the first to learn the Trust’s plans for the year ahead and have an opportunity to put their questions to members of the Trust Board.

Those attending will be able to look around health stalls and take part in free health and lifestyle checks such as hearing tests, blood pressure, cholesterol and BMI checks.
