| Pupils at Rendcomb College |
SET in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds, five miles north of Cirencester, Rendcomb College is an HMC co-educational, boarding and day school for three to 18-year-olds which provides a stimulating, challenging and exciting all-round education.
Pupils at Rendcomb College achieve excellent academic results - 98 per cent success rate at A-level and 92 per cent at GCSE- and also play a full part in the sporting, drama and musical opportunities that are on offer.
Rendcomb believes in nurturing the individual and the efforts of the pupils are encouraged and rewarded.
The outstanding facilities offered in the senior school are shared by the junior school and these include a drama theatre, sports hall, music block and astroturf and, more recently, an outdoor woodland classroom.
This has recently seen the opening of a sensory garden and a nature trail.
A broad range of opportunities exist for children, inside and outside the classroom, and the opening of a huge art and design suite along with massive investment in ICT, reflects the school's commitment to a diverse curriculum.
In recognition of outstanding achievements in the fields of art, drama, music and dance the junior school has recently been awarded the Artsmark Gold Award and Forest School status.
Rendcomb will welcome parents to an Open Morning on Friday, May 2.
