Clearly steps must be taken to help service users not be a bind but integrated and helped to be given the confidence to achieve.
More talk therapy for service users and a new grant system for help to give work skills to people who have varied skills and are in the system and for those who want to learn.
For example I would like to write children's books and print and publish them. Others may wish to record a CD. But I need a grant to help me.
A reason for living is to contribute to life in a positive way.
