Letter from Bill Williams

MAY I take the opportunity to give a personal thanks to the letters editor and all his team for printing my letter on Glasgow Rangers and the photo. It was brilliant.

Manchester will not know what has hit it. Tickets with a face value of £35 to £95 are going for thousands of pounds. I am awaiting tomorrow's post to see if I am going. I am not optimistic. Failing that I shall be in the Coleview with a bunch of the lads watching it, covered in a giant Rangers flag.

Thanks for all your support and win or lose, if the Gers give a good show that will do me.

Thanks again lads and lassies from the Adver, give it your best, and girls there are some hunky lads in the Rangers side, thighs like caber tossers, looks like film stars, and that's just the substitutes bench. That will get them watching, lads.

Rangers motto is Aye Ready and they will be. God Bless you all.
