Letter from Mrs D Matthews
I AM writing to you about the buses on the number 53 services.
I have sent letters to Paul Jenkins about the old buses in Purton on the 53 route.
Disabled people are not well enough to get on the old buses with their walking problems. Also people with small kids and pushchairs.
In the summer of 2006 I wrote to Paul Jenkins about low floor buses, he wrote back to me and said he would put low floor buses on in Purton by the end of 2007 or the end of March 2008.
Now he is not going to until 2010 or 2016. I am upset about this as I am disabled and have a disabled bus pass.
