FUCHSIA expert Peter Boor will be hosting a free growing event at Blooms Garden Centre this weekend.

Peter, the south west representative for the British Fuchsia Society, will be at the garden centre on Hay Lane, near Wroughton, between 11am and midday on Saturday, May 10 and Sunday, May 11, as part of the garden centre's Get Growing Weekend.

Blooms Garden Centre manager Phil Tyzack said: "There will be practical, hands-on advice from experts in store and there will be lots of free tips and guidance during the weekend, including leaflets for people to take home."

There will be demonstrations and question and answer sessions on both days.
