Swindon Talent 08
IF you have a secret talent you’d like to show off, Swindon Talent 08 is right up your street.
The Adver has teamed up with Community Radio Swindon 105.5, the Arts Centre and four of our top summer carnivals to create a talent competition in the vein of TV’s Britain’s Got Talent programme.
Anyone who can sing, dance, play an instrument, tell jokes, juggle, recite a poem or even play the spoons is welcome to enter.

The Auditions
Purton Carnival on Thursday, June 19, in Purton Village Hall from 7.30pm,
Old Town Festival, at The Bowl, in the Town Gardens, on Saturday, June 21, from 4pm.
Wroughton Carnival on Friday, June 27, at the Ellendune Centre at 6.30pm
Caribbean Carnival on Saturday, July 12 at Buckhurst Crescent.
These are open to anyone between the ages of seven and 70, of all levels of ability. Finalists from these heats will go forward to a grand final in September, to be held at the Arts Centre.
