A NAKED man was found by police in Devizes while possessing cannabis.
Daniel Collins-Frampton, 27, from Reading, was arrested for possession of the class B drug in the early hours of October 11.
He pleaded guilty at North Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court, Chippenham, and was fined £280.
Collins-Frampton, who would use £5 worth of cannabis a day according to prosecutor Keith Ballinger, had stashed three wraps of cannabis in a silver tin and accepted they were his.
District Judge Simon Cooper said: “I’ve read a great deal about you. I’ve been told you went out on a bender against the wishes of your family. Your probation officer has said you’ve responded well since the arrest.
“Let this serve as a wakeup call. Don’t rattle the cage again.”
