FEBRUARY was warmer than average according to the latest data recorded by amateur weatherman Geoff Witts on behalf of Wiltshire Council.
The total rainfall for the month was above average and the wettest day was February 6 which saw 23.3mm of rain fall throughout the stormy day.
Temperatures were around one degree Celsius above normal with the warmest day peaking at 14.2C on February 21.
The coldest day, however, was February 15 which saw temperatures across Wiltshire plummet to -4.5C.
