Men on Broadgreen petrol bomb charge

THREE men will appear at Winchester Crown Court in Hampshire on Monday over the petrol bombing attack on a Broadgreen home.

Sandip Rooprai, 20 of Penhill Drive, Jasdev Dogra, 18 of Cowdrey Close, and a third Swindon man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will answer charges of arson with intent to endanger life.

On January 13 and February 2, 2008 the trio are alleged to have carried out firebomb attacks on 22 Broad Street, Swindon.

The defendants were arrested on June 3, 2008.

The trial is expected to last three weeks.
